Cancellation/Change Policy:

We have a 48 hour cancellation/change policy. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation within 48 hours of the tour date, a $35.00 per person penalty will apply and your

credit card will be charged accordingly. Cancellations made within 24 hours hours prior to the tour date are completely non refundable/Release of Liability

(Sonoma County Tours will be referred to as "SCT"). By signing this form it is understood that you and your entire party will not hold liable SCT for any personal injuries including death and permanent disabilities, illnesses, loss of property, or the actions of others you may experience while on the tour. You further accept and understandthat deemed necessary changes in any tour itinerary caused by a guests' illness, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances will be made and may result in an inconvenience and is a condition of contract by participating on any SCT departure. Should such event take place, SCT will make every attempt to offer a satisfactory tour experience. You also understand that taking any tour may expose you to risk of accident or illness, including the risk of weather, abnormal illness, food poisoning, injury to your person or equipment by either humans, wildlife, terrain, or conveyances such as autos, buses, trains, airplanes, boats, and other vehicles, and that timely, qualified, quality medical treatment may not be available. In consideration of the above, you will release from liability and hold harmless, SCT, its employees, owners, agents and subsidiaries from all and any claims, responsibilities, actions, debts and demands of any kind which now hold or which may arise in the future in connection with a tour made with SCT, its employees, owners, agents and subsidiaries. You understand that this Release and Assumption of Risk also extends to and includes your heirs, estate, all your family members, friends and any minors who accompany you. You further understand that the actual itinerary on the tour may vary somewhat due to events beyond our control, such as weather, political acts, mechanical failures, actions of merchants/vendors or logistical decisions made by the tour guide(s). You will not hold SCT responsible for any changes, if there are any, additions or deletions from your tour. SCT believes that safety always comes first and the tour guide(s) may make alterations to any tour based on weather conditions, road conditions, availability, accessibility and other factors if she/he feels there is any risk to our guests. At this time, we regret that SCT does not have wheelchair access on our tour bus.

Any child measuring under 54 inches in height must provide and use their own child seat on the tour bus as per California law.

By signing this form I understand that once my credit card is charged, a cancellation and/or change penalty per person will apply if I need to change or cancel my tour. Making and Confirming Your Reservation

As soon as we receive your reservation request we will contact you within 24 hours. Once your reservation has been confirmed your credit card will be used to guarantee your space on the tour. Payment in full for each passenger is due on the date of the tour prior to boarding the tour bus. The method of payment is by cash, debit card or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All change/cancellation penalties will apply. Once your reservation is finalized, your travel documents will be sent and will include all of the details. Sorry, due to the fact that our tours are private and can only accommodate a maximum of 12 passengers, we can not offer courtesy "holds."

Once you have made your reservation and it has been confirmed, we will send you your tour documents consisting of directions and details. If you are making your reservation less than 7 days prior to your tour date, your travel documents will be faxed to you.

Payments

We accept the following credit cards as forms of guarantee payment:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card. The name of the guest making the reservation and the name on the credit card must match or the transaction will be cancelled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Changes and cancellations must be in writing via postal mail or fax and are effective upon receipt in our office. Our mailing address is: PO Box 319, Sebastopol, CA 95473. Our Fax number is: 707-824-9648.

All tours are guaranteed departures, regardless the number of confirmed passengers. However, we reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time for any reason if we feel the safety of our guests is at risk. Should this happen, all guests will have the following choices:

1. Transfer of payment to another tour date without any penalty or;
2. A full refund. Either choice will constitute full settlement and releases Sonoma County Tours from any further liability. Sonoma County Tours is not responsible for nonrefundable travel arrangements and personal expenses incurred in preparation for a tour that is canceled. The purchase of trip interruption/cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Release of Liability

All passengers must sign a Release of Liability Form prior to boarding the tour bus. Sonoma County Tours will be referred to as "SCT". Note: This is a completely non-smoking tour. Smoking is not allowed on or around the bus, is strictly prohibited on our stops along the tour route and during the duration of the tour. This is understandably in consideration of the environment as well as the health concerns of all the passengers and the intimate nature of seating on the bus. Thank you for your cooperation.
